Natalie Smith

Natalie joined Residential Estates in January 2014 as the Short-Term Lets Manager. She now has many years of experience in the property industry.

Natalie started working at Ethel Austins from the age of 15 and progressed through to store manager over a 10 year period of employment. After the company went into administration, she started working at McColl's from 2010 before joining Residential Estates in 2014. 

As Residential Estates' Office Manager, Natalie is responsible for overseeing the running and functionality of the office as well as looking after and managing the Short-Term Lets department. She supervises the property management and manages owner payments, property bookings, and also dealing with agents and guests.

Natalie actively seeks out opportunities that lead to acquiring new business for the company. She ensures that the teams she manages have everything they need to work efficiently.

Outside of work, Natalie is kept busy taking care of her two children and enjoys running various marathons.
