Alicia joined the Residential Estates Short Term Let Team in July 2019.

Prior to joining Residential Estates, Alicia worked in Manchester for a Student and Professional Lettings Agent for 3 years, dealing with HMO, student and professional properties. She studied Marketing and Management in Fashion Textiles at the University of Manchester, graduating with a BSc Degree.

As a Short Term Lets Coordinator, Alicia is responsible for Residential Estates' short term accommodation, ensuring that our guests get the best service and rates available. She deals with both landlords and relocation agents, maintaining daily contact with over 100 guests. Alicia manages the short term let advertising platforms, housekeeping, property maintenance, answering daily enquiries, keeping diaries and arranging appointments for owners, guests and other staff members.

Recently, Alicia has joined the lettings team as Lettings Coordinator and is now also responsible for conducting viewings with potential tenants and personally managing landlords. She manages lettings paperwork including tenancy agreements, guarantor forms, maintenance, standing orders for rent and processing credit checks.

In her spare time, Alicia loves to spend time with friends and family and exploring new places.
